This tangy raw mango panha is so healthy for us. It keeps away from the heat which we suffer in summer days. It has some species too. Like black salt, cumin powder, cardamom powder etc.
We can also be called it as raw mango drink, summer cooler.
bored of same spicy, sweet taste so let’s taste some different tangy taste?

From what we get this tangy taste?
here is a recipe of tangy Kairi panha.
try it, and say me how was it?
raw mango’s  4,
sugar 1/3  cup,
salt 1/4 teaspoon,
cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon,
black salt for taste,
cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon.

Wash the mangoes neatly.
Put a pan on the flame and pour water into it for about 3 glass.
When one boil came out, then put the raw mangoes into it.
Let it cook (boil) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Or till mango’s become soft.
When it becomes soft switch off the flame. And take the mango’s out from the water.
Let it cool. When it cools down completely, peel the mango’s it peel’s so quickly now because they become soft.
Put it into the grinder add all other ingredients to it.
grind it finely.
If you want to strain it or remain as it is.
At the time of grinding put some ice cubes to it.
So it becomes very cool.
Now you can taste it.
You can put this panha into the freeze for about 6 to 7 days and enjoy it when you want.
It’s keep’s us away from the heat always we suffer in summer.
That’s why we can also call it a summer drink.
