               Spaghetti Pasta Recipe

When we make pasta it's very important to make the garlic confit which gives a rich taste to your pasta.
For making the garlic confit,
With the help of a knife, make a tiny hole in each clove of garlic. Place cloves in a small pot and cover with the olive oil. If the cloves aren't completely covered, add a splash more oil. Bring to a boil. Turn down as low as the flame will go. Simmer until a knife slides in easily (about 15 to 20 minutes). 
Take off the heat and cool in the pan. Set aside.

Serves: 2 bowl


Ingredients:


1. Garlic cloves, unpeeled (for the garlic confit) 12,

2. Extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 cup,
3. Cherry tomatoes 250 gms,
4.Garlic oil (from the pot of garlic confit)  1 tablespoon,
5. Salt as per taste,
6. Dry herbs 2 teaspoons,
7. Corns 1 cup,
8. Pasta 250gm,
9. cheese 100 gm,
10. Chopped Coriander leaves 1/2 cup.


Method of preparation:


1. Preheat oven to 250° F.


2. Take a baking tray greased with the butter and then put butter paper off the tray size on that tray. Place the whole tomatoes on the pan and toss with garlic oil (oil boiled with garlic putting init it becomes garlic oil), salt, and herbs. 


3. Place this trey into the preheated oven. Check after half an hour to make sure they're not burning. 

4. Take them out of the oven when they've shriveled up and darkened in color. 
They should still be moist inside. This takes half an hour.

5. Remove from the oven and smoosh them with the back of a wooden spoon

 (careful) and cook them for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven. 
6. Rub the herbs between your hands, sprinkling the dried leaves onto the tomatoes. 
7. Gently mix it. Set it aside.
8. Place a large pot of water on high heat for the pasta. Add salt.
9. While waiting for the water to boil, pour 1 tbsp garlic oil (from the cooled pot of garlic confit) into a medium-sized pot. Squeeze all garlic cloves out of their skins into the oil in the pot. With the back of a wooden spoon, break the cloves into the olive oil.
 Warm for 30 seconds on medium heat.
10. Add corn and salt. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn heat down to low.
11. Add tomatoes. Stir for one minute. Pour into a large serving bowl. Set aside.
12. When the water is boiling, put in your pasta. Cook until becomes some soft. 
13. after they are cooked drain them into the strainer.
14. Add drained pasta to the tomato, corn, garlic mixture. Toss it. Add a few more splashes of garlic oil.
15 Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and grated cheese.
Serve immediately.
