This instant poha appam is a good alternative to a time-consuming dal and rice's appam. for dal and rice appam we need so much time and efforts to make it but by making this poha appam we can get a better taste as that of dal and rice appam as well you save your time too.

here you no need to soak anything or ferment it. you can make this poha appam instantly.
here, you have to only wash the poha once and grind it and then add all other ingredients and make it in the appam pan so easy right.
then definitely try this instant poha appam recipe once. I confidently say that you make it again and again.

so let's start the recipe,
prep time: 15 minutes,
cooking time: 30 minutes,
total time: 45 minutes,
servings: 20 appams.

Ingredients:

Flatten rice or poha 1 cup,
Rice flour 2 tablespoons,
Semolina or sooji or rava ½ cup,
Green pepper or Shimla mirch 1,
Tomato 1,
Cabbage 200 gms,
Onion 1,
Green chili 1,
Coriander leaves 1 small bunch,
Yogurt ½ cup,
Coriander powder 2 teaspoons,
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon,
Red chili powder 2 teaspoons,
Turmeric powder ¼ teaspoon,
salt as per taste.

Instructions:

1. Wash the flatten rice and grind it.

2. take it in a bowl and add rice flour, rava, and water to it.

3. Then put all the veggies.

4. put all masala powders and yogurt in it.

5. Mix it well, and put chopped coriander and salt in it.

6. Take an appam pan to grease it with oil and turn on the flame of the gas.

7. Put one ladle of batter in each of the bowls of the pan and turn the flame on low.

8. Cook it on one side then flip all the appams and also cook it on another side too.

8. Then take out it in the serving plate and serve it with any chutney as you want.
