Basically, this pasta is made with white sauce or red sauce. but there are too many different methods of making this pasta. I like both but in that, I mostly like white sauce pasta. but today I tried a new method of making this pasta and I strongly want to share this pasta recipe with all of you so I added this recipe today.

there are lots of types of this pasta too according to their shape.
I used circular pasta. 
 I give an Indian touch to this pasta recipe which every member of my family liked it so much.
so let's start the recipe,
prep time: 10 minutes,
cooking time: 15 minutes,
total time: 25 minutes,

Ingredients:

pasta 250 gm,
green pepper(green Shimla Mirchi) 1,
onion 1 medium,
carrot 1 medium,
tomato 1,
garlic 4 cloves,
green chili 1,
coriander leaves a small bunch,
tomato sauce 1 tablespoon,
red chili sauce 1 tablespoon,
pasta seasoning 1 teaspoon,
grated cheese 1/2 cup,
milk 1 cup,
oil 2 tablespoons,
butter 50 gms,
salt 1 teaspoon.

Instructions:

1. take a pan put 1 glass of water in it. and let it boil.

2. then add salt and 1 tablespoon of oil to it, then put pasta in the boiling water.
and cook it till it becomes soft or for 10 minutes on low flame.

3. then strain it and keep it aside.

4. chop all the veggies as well as onion, garlic, green chili, and coriander.

5. take a pan, put butter and 1 teaspoon of oil in it. let them heat up.

6. then put garlic in it and stir it continuously.

7. when garlic turns brown then put the onion into it. stir it till it becomes translucent.


8. then add all the veggies and mix it well and cook it for 5 minutes.

9. then add seasoning to it mix it well.

10. then add red chili sauce, and tomato sauce to it mix it well and cook it for 1 minute.

11. then add milk to it and let it simmer and then add boiled pasta to it. mix it well.

 12. then add grated cheese to it and again cook it till the cheese get melt then add salt to it mix it well.

13. let switch off the flame and take this pasta in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander.
