Garlic chopped 3 to 4 cloves,
Green chili chopped 1,
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon,
Ajwain or carom seeds 1 teaspoon,
Coriander ¼ th bunch finely chopped,
Baking powder ¼ teaspoon,
Salt as per taste,
Oil 1 tablespoon.

2.  Add besan in it.
3.  Then add chopped garlic, chopped green chili, chopped
Coriander, cumin seeds, carom seeds, baking powder, and salt.
4. Then add 1 cup water in it. Mix it well.
5. You have to make the very thin consistency of it if you need more water then add it in this batter as per by checking Consistency of it.
6.  Keep it aside for 5 minutes so that the besan can rise and we can make nice chilla out of that.
7.  Then after 5 minutes switch on the gas and put the tawa on it and let it heat.
8.  We check it where it is get tempered or not if does not then we have to wait till it becomes hot.
9.  Because if we put the batter when it is not hot then there may be chances to stick the batter on the tawa and you can’t able to make nice chillas out of that.
10.  When tawa get heated then we grease it with oil and we take one ladleful of batter or depending on the size how much we have we take the batter and put it on the tawa and then spread it with the help of that ladle on the tawa.
11. When one side of chilla get cooked then we brush with oil on the chilla and flip it to cook on the other side
12. When both sides of the chilla get cooked then we take it in the plate and repeats the same procedure to make chillas of remaining batter.
1      13.   We can serve it with tomato sauce or jaggery syrup. It tastes very nice with both.
So try it at your kitchen and share it with me how was it.
