Gajar ka halwa with only 3 ingredient’s and ready in only 5 minutes

Today we are going to make gajar ka halwa or we can also call it carrot’s pudding.
We are going to make this gajar ka halwa with only 3 ingredient’s which are easily available in every home.
This gajar ka halwa will be ready in only 5 minutes. It’s so cool no.

so let’s start the recipe,
prep time: 2 minutes,
cooking time: 5 minutes,
total time: 7 minutes,
servings: 1 bowl,
author: pritee Kadam.

Ingredients:

Carrots 2 medium in size,
Sugar 4 tablespoons or ½ cup,
Ghee 2 tablespoons,
Cardamom powder ½ teaspoon it’s optional,
Cashew nuts 1 tablespoon cut in small pieces it’s optional.

Instructions:

    1.   Peel and wash the carrots.

    2.   Now grate it with the help of a grater.

    3.   Now switch on the flame and put the cooker on it.

    4.   Pour ghee in it.

    5. When ghee gets heated then add grated carrots in it.


    6.  Mix it well. And put the lead of cooker on it and turn the gas on the high flame.

    7. Takeout five whistles of the cooker.

    8. Then switch off the gas and leave it till all the pressure of the cooker gets released.

    9.  Then open the lead of cooker and then add sugar and cardamom powder in it.

1  10.   Mix it well. And put the lead of the cooker on it.

1  11.  Again switch on the gas flame and put the cooker on it.

1  12.  Again take out 3 whistles on high flame and then turn off the gas flame.

1  13.  Now keep it side till all the pressure of the cooker gets releases.

1  14.   Now your gajar ka halwa is ready to serve.

1  15.  Take out it in a serving bowl.

1  16.   And garnish it with cashew nuts pieces.

1  17. You can serve it as it is or cool down it and then serve it.  It tastes so delicious.
