 The healthy tomato soup recipe

Today we are going to make a healthy tomato soup recipe. This tomato soup recipe is a very healthy soup recipe. And taking this healthy tomato soup in winter gives you so many health benefits.
When we go to the restaurant so many times we order for this tomato soup. We like the taste of soup made at the restaurant but when we try it at home it couldn’t get that taste at home.

But today I teach you some basic tricks to make a tomato soup restaurant type at home.
If you follow the steps as given by me then it gives complete restaurant taste to your tomato soup.

Cooking time: 20 minutes,

Ingredients:

tomatoes {hybrid 4 and deshewari 1} 5 no.s,
carrot 1 no,
potatoes 2 no.s,
bay leaf or tej patta 1,
onion 1 no,
garlic cloves 6 to 8,
Kashmiri red chili powder ½ teaspoon,
black pepper powder or kali mirch powder ½ teaspoon,
salt ½ teaspoon,
sugar 1 teaspoon,
butter 50 gms,
fresh cream 1 tablespoon.

Instructions:

1     1. These ingredients are used here, Wash all the veggies with water so that all the impurity on that gets removed.

2     2.  Now peel the potatoes.


3     3.  And cut all the veggies in medium pieces.

4     4.  Now switch on the gas flame and put the cooker on it.

5     5. When cooker gets heated then put butter in it.

       6. When butter melts down then put bay leaf in it. And sorted it.

7     7. Then put garlic cloves, and onions in it and sorted it well.

8     8.  When it gets sorted well for 5 minutes then put carrot and potatoes slices in it.

9     9.  Sorted it gain well.

1   10.  Then put chopped tomatoes slices in it then immediately add salt in it and sorted it well.

1   11.  Here we are adding salt just after adding tomatoes because when we add salt after adding tomatoes then tomatoes releases it’s water which here we want it in our tomato soup.
1    12.  Cook tomatoes very well for 5 minutes then add 1 cup water in it.

1    13.  Now add some chopped coriander in it for taste and flavor.

1    14.  Now add 1 teaspoon sugar in it to depress the savoriness of tomatoes.

1    15.  Now mix all well and put the lead of the cooker and cook it on high flame for 1 whistle then turn the flame on medium and cook it for 15 to 20 minutes according to your cooker.

1    16.  After 15 minutes turn off the flame and wait to release all the pressure of cooker on itself.

1    17.  When all the pressure of cooker gets released then open the lead of cooker and let cool down the veggies.

1    18.  When the veggies get cooled down then grind it in the mixer grinder and make a fine smooth paste of it.

1    19.  Now strain the ground mixture with the help of the strainer.

2    20.  Again put this strained mixture on the gas flame.

2    21.  Here we have to add seasoning to it. Before that, if you think it becomes too thick then here you can add some water in it to make it thin.

2    22.  When it gets boiled then add red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt in it.

2    23.  Here for enhancing the flavor of the soup, we are adding tomato ketchup if you don’t want it you can skip it also it’s totally optional.

2    24.  Now boil it for 7 to 8 minutes and then serve it hot by garnishing fresh cream on it.
2    25.  Here you can also add at last at the time of serving some bread futons.
