Bread rolls recipe

Making bread rolls. Stuff the prepared potatoes stuffing in bread roll on one side of the bread and then very carefully roll the bread in a cylindrical shape with the help of water so that bread roll gets a nice shape as we give to the bread rolls.

At very first time when I made this bread rolls I packed it with my kid's Tiffin, he finished all his tiffin on that day and demands it for me to make it again when he came to the home after finishing school. And I also gave it to his 2 friends tiffin they also like this bread rolls too much.
That time, I did not have my site to share such interesting recipes but now I have it then I decided to share it with all of my viewers.

Prep time: 30 minutes,
Cook time: 15 minutes,
Total time: 45 minutes,

Ingredients:

For making dry masala:

Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon,
Fennel seeds 1 tablespoon,
Coriander seeds 2 tablespoons,

For making stuffing:

Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed 2,
Cooking oil 1 tablespoon,
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon,
Asafoetida 1 teaspoon,
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon or as per your taste,
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon,
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon,
Dry roasted masala 2 tablespoons,
Dry mango powder 1 teaspoon or chat masala 1 teaspoon,
Salt as per taste,

For making the cover of bread rolls:

Bread slices 4,
Water to shape the bread,
Oil or butter 2 tablespoons,

For servings:

Tomato ketchup.

Instructions:

How to make dry masala:

      1. Take cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and coriander seeds.

      2. Take a pan and put it on a flame.

      3.  Add all these seeds in the pan and dry roast it for 1 minute.

      4.  Then grind it in a hand mixer as shown in the figure you can grind it in mixture grinder also but as grinding it in such grinder it gives a very nice taste to our stuffing.

      5.  Keep it aside.

  How to make stuffing:

      6. Take a pan and put it on a flame.

      7.  Pour cooking oil into the pan.

      8.  As oil gets heated add mustard seeds in it.

      9.  When mustard seeds crackle nicely then add asafoetida in it.

    10.  Stir it well.

    11.  Then add red chili powder and turmeric powder in it.

    12.  Again mix it well.



    13.  Then add mashed potatoes in it and mix all.

    14.  As it mixed well then we have to add some masalas here.

    15. First add garam masala, dry roasted masala, salt as per taste and dry mango powder in it.

    16. Now mix it well.

    17. Cook it for 2 minutes then take it out in a bowl to cool it so that we can easily fill this stuffing in the bread to make rolls of it.

How to make bread rolls:

    18. For making bread rolls we are taking 4 bread slices here. 

    19. Then we cut the edges of these bread slices so that it can’t come outside while we are making rolls of it.

    20. Then take some water in a plate.

    21.  Now take one bread slice and add stuffing on it as big as possible so that we can get more stuffing at the time of eating the rolls.

    22.  Then fold this slice and shape this bread in a cylindrical shape or as you wish with the help of water.

    23. Make all the rolls like this of all the bread slices.

    24. Put it into a plate.

How to grill it:

    25.  Now for grilling these rolls, we have to put grill pan on the flame.

    26.  Then add butter or oil I used oil here you can use butter also and when oil gets heated put all bread rolls one by one on this grill pan.

     27.  Grill it on all sides and then take out it in a plate.

     28.  Now we plate it and serve it with tomato ketchup.
