How to make street type pav bhaji at home?
Today we are making street type pav bhaji recipe at home. I like this street type pav bhaji very much. I think everyone likes this street type pav bhaji.

Here we are making a secret masala for pav bhaji which you can see in this recipe.

So without wasting, you’re your valuable time let’s start the recipe,

Prep time: 30 minutes,
Cooking time: 30 minutes,
Total time: 60 minutes,
Serving: 8,

Ingredients:

Cloves or lovng 3,
Kasoori methi 2 tablespoons,
Fenugreek seeds or methi dana 1 tsp,
Pav bhaji masala 6 tablespoons,
Carrot or gajar 1,
Capsicum or Shimla mirch 1,
Flower or fulgobi 1 cup,
Tomato 4,
Potatoes or aloo 3,
Onion or pyas 2,
Coriander or hara dhaniya 1 bunch,
Green matter ½ cup,
Ginger and garlic paste 2 tablespoons,
Butter 60 gms,
Oil 2 tablespoons,
Salt as per taste,
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon.

Instructions:

       1.   Collect all the ingredients.

       2.   Chop all veggies very fine and make a paste of ginger and garlic.

       3.   Dry roast the secret masala ingredients.

       4.   Grind it into the mixture grinder.

       5.  Take out it into a bowl and add pav bhaji masala 6 tbsp in it.

       6.  Mix it well. And take it aside.

       7.  In a cooker add 2 tbsp of oil.

       8.  Now add all cut veggies in it.

       9. Then add ½ of secret masala here.

      10. Then add some salt here.

      11.  Then mix it well and put the lead of cooker and takeout 8 whistles of the cooker.

      12. Then switch off the gas flame and leave it as it is to release the pressure of cooker.

      13.  On the other side put kadhai pan on flame and add 60 gms of butter in it.

      14.  When butter gets melted then add ginger and garlic paste in it and sorted it till becomes brown.

      15.  Then add chopped onions in it and sorted it well.

      16.  When onion becomes translucent then add ½ part of that secret masala here.

      17.  Then add some salt and red chili powder and mix it well.

      18.  Then add 1 cup of water in it step by step not all at a time.

      19.  Then cook this masala for a few seconds then add cooked veggies in it.

      20.  Mix it well.

      21. Then add boiled and mashed potatoes here.

      22.  Mix it well and then again add some water to adjust the consistency of pav bhaji and cook it for a few minutes.

      23. Then our pav bhaji is ready to serve.
