               This roti pizza paratha becomes very tasty and yummy and after eating this roti pizza paratha you can’t differentiate between this roti pizza paratha and that one you buy from the market.

             This roti pizza sandwich is made from a whole wheat flours roti that’s why it’s a healthy pizza so you need not to worry about their health and in this pizza we have added lots of veggies which again make it much healthier.
              Roti pizza is an innovative form of pizza made with left-over roti or fresh roti. Kids do make noise for roti but given this pizza roti, they will not deny.

             So for making it, we made here 2 fresh wheat flours roties if you already have leftover roties you can use it too. Put some mayonnaise on roti spread it and add chopped veggies over it then add some seasoning on that, Now take some cheese spread and spread all over the roti. Now apply some pizza pasta sauce or simply red chili sauce on another roti and put this roti on first one and grill this till becoming it crisp.
After grilling it, cut it into four pieces and your roti pizza sandwich is ready to serve.

Ingredients:

For base:

Two large sized roties of wheat flour,

For veggies topping:

1 large Tomato  chopped in long vertical pieces,
1 large onion chopped in long vertical pieces,
10 black grapes chopped into small circular pieces,

For topping:

2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise,
1 tablespoon of Red chili sauce,
1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup,

For seasoning:

1 teaspoon of Chili flakes,
1 teaspoon of chat masala or you can use oregano here,

For topping serving:

2 cubes of mozzarella cheese,

For grilling:

2 tablespoons of cooking oil or butter.

How to make roties:

       1.  First of all, take whole wheat flour 2 cups and add 1 teaspoon of salt in it and make a normal dough of it.  
Then make 2 equal parts of it and bell it in a 5-inch long circular roti of it and then shake it on a grill pan up to 70 percent because we are again cooking it while making pizza.
Keep it aside.

      2.      Take a grill pan.

      3.      Put it on a flame.
      4.      Pour oil on it.

      5.      Now put one roti on it.

      6.      Spread Mayonaise on it.

      7.      Now put all veggies on it as you wish how to put it.

      8.      Now season it with chili flakes and chat masala.

      9.      Now spread grated mozzarella cheese on it.

    10.   Now take another roti and spread red chili sauce on it spread it with the help of a spoon.

    11.   Now spread tomato ketchup on it.

    12.   After that put this roti on the first one.

    13.   And put the flame of gas on very slow and grill it till it becomes crisp and all the cheese on it get melted.

    14.   After that switch off the gas flame and take out this pizza sandwich in a tray.
