            Dashmi is very tasty and yummy roti which we mostly made it when we are travelling from one city to another city.

            This dashmi is made by adding lots of ghee, milk and some spices in it.
             This dashmi roti remains fresh for 3 to 4 days. so we can carry it with us when we are travelling.

              we are adding desiccated coconut and poppy seeds in it thats why it taste so yumm when you make it then you knows how it is.
   prep time: 10 minutes,
   cooking time: 10 minutes,
   Total time: 20 minutes,
   Serving: 12 dashmies.

 INGREDIENTS:

wheat flour  3 cups,
poppy seeds 1 cup,
desiccated coconut 1 cup,
milk as per needed to knead the dough,
ghee 3 tbsps,
cardamom powder  2 tsps,
Sugar 3 tbsps,
ghee for greasing  3 tbsps,
salt 1 tsp.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Dry roast poppy seeds and coconut in a pan and grind it roughly in mixy by adding salt, sugar and cardamom seeds in it at the time of grinding.

2. take wheat flour in a bowl and add grinded mixture in it.

3. add grinded mixture in it.

4. add milk in it step by step to knead the dough.

5. knead the dough of it take rest it for 10 minutes.

6. Now make small balls of this dough and roll it with the help of rolling pin in to 4 to 5 inches long.

7. dashmi roti is somewhat thicker than the normal roti that's why make balls of it according to it.

8. Now put tawa pan on flame heat the tawa then grease tawa with ghee and shake it on both sides by greasing ghee on it.

9. You must have to put the flame on medium to shake dashmi that's why it becomes crispy.

10. Now make same dashmies of remaining dough and then pack it to carry with you for travelling.

11. You can eat it with ghee, flax seeds chutney, or any veggies.
